1. Who is responsible

The data controller is CODEJAC, Bangkok, Thailand. Contact: info@codejac.com.

2. What we collect

We do not collect sensitive personal data, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

3. Why we use it

We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us operate, under their own security and privacy commitments:

Some of these providers may process data outside Thailand. Where they do, we rely on their contractual and security safeguards as permitted under the PDPA.

5. How long we keep it

Contact-form messages are delivered to our email inbox; we do not store them in a database. Visit statistics are kept in aggregate form only.

Under the PDPA you may ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data; object to or restrict its use; and withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email info@codejac.com. We will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.
